Scrolls are a beloved rolled pastry with roots in the British baked-bun tradition and a strong following in Australian bakeries, where both sweet and savory scrolls have long been enjoyed. Rodeo Bites is proud to be one of just a handful of Texas bakeries offering scrolls, and we are delighted to offer them in both sweet and savory varieties.

Our Strawberry Scrolls are soft, buttery, swirled pastries filled with luscious strawberry flavor and topped with a smooth, silky glaze. Similar to a cinnamon roll, but with a more elegant fruit-forward twist, they are tender, beautiful, and made to stand out on any table.
