  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our customers are extremely important to us, and if something isn’t right, we will review the situation promptly and work to make it right. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted without photos or outside the 24-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.
